Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Online Order Manager to oversee the management of online orders, ensure seamless customer experience, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage online restaurant accounts
- Manage online orders from receipt to delivery
- Coordinate with restaurants and logistics partners
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Must live within Yaba and Ojota axis
- Must have a laptop
